Congress has completed three phases of the Lok Sabha election candidates’ findings. There have been 3 separate panels since the district head, supervisor and high level level. Now the state level screening committee is going to prepare the final panel of three-three names on every seat. Under the fourth phase on Sunday, state in charge Ankolna Narayan Singh will discuss the names from three levels. The Screening Committee will assign three-three claimants to Haiqaman from each seat. On Saturday, State President Pritam Singh and Leader of Opposition, Indira Hridayesh, left for Delhi to attend the Screening Committee meeting. Pritam said that this meeting will be held at four o’clock in the evening.
According to sources, the high command has done this survey in the confidential manner about the candidates. Scheduled observers from the high level have taken an update to the five Lok Sabha seats. This update has been given to the state in charge. Sources said, more than a dozen names have been included in the three lists in five seats in the exercise so far. Ganesh Gondiyal, Rajendra Singh Bhangari from Garhwal, State President Pritam Singh, Hirah Singh Bisht, Kishore Upadhyay, Pritam’s son Abhishek, Haridwar are the names of Harish Rawat, Brahma Swaminarayan Brahmachari and Sanjay Paliwal. Pradip Tamta is being considered ahead of Almora.
Congress provincial senior vice-president Jont Singh Bisht has also made a claim from Tehri seat. He submitted his application to National General Secretary Mukul Wasnik and Harish Rawat in New Delhi on Saturday. At the same time, envelopes of central and state level observers will open on Sunday.
