Constable is the lowest rank in the CRPF and the salary at this post can go upto 60000 from 15000 and the grade pay is Rs 7200

Head Constable

Constable is the second lowest rank in the CRPF and the salary 15000 and the grade pay is Rs 9400

Assistant Sub Inspector

The salary at this post is 15000 and the grade pay is nearly RS 10000

Inspector

Inspectors, got the pay band of 9,300 to 34,800/- which has tripled the salary to 27,900 and takes the salary nearly 1, 04, 400/-

Subedar Major

The salary structure is same as the Inspector in case of Subedar Major

 

The salary structure for all the post Assistant Commandant,Deputy Commandant, Second in Commandant are all same and the drawn up to 67,000/- salary which has become 2, 01,100/-

The salary Deputy In General, Inspector General gets upto very high scale and the person at this post gets 2, 01,000

Additional In General

The ADG gets the salary upto 2, 25,000/- which was hiked from 79,000/-.

The salary of Special Director General, Director General are fixed and the person gets the salary of Rs 2, 25,00 to Rs. 2, 30,000 and 2,50,000 respectively

Distribution Of Ranks

Ranks in the CRPF are divided in two parts Gazetted and Non- Gazeted. And when the person join it as the constable the promotions are given on the basis of various criteria and there are performances at the works and the merit are also responsible for the promotion of the candidates.
