IAS Sting:Notice to the complainant of the High Court, why not be given to CBI to investigate?

In the matter of registering an FIR against Umesh Sharma, a news channel owner on November 17, the High Court has said why the investigation of the case should be handed over to the CBI. Justice Lokpal Singh’s single-handedly hearing case, issuing notice to the complaint officer and complainant of the case, sought the response. The court fixed the date after three weeks for the hearing of the case.

Umesh Sharma filed a petition in the high court and said that he was in transit custody from November 16 to 18. On November 17, a person named Chetan Tomar filed an FIR alleging that Umesh Sharma sent a goon and attacked him (Chetan Tomar) on the murder. It was alleged that the attackers robbed her mobile and gold chain. At the time of intimacy, it was also threatened that the plot was vacant. A petition filed by Umesh Sharma said that the case should be investigated by the CBI. One FIR has been lodged against him (Umesh Sharma) after one.

Let us tell you that the High Court has given great relief to Umesh Sharma, accused of IAS sting and blackmailing. Uttarakhand High Court has banned the warrant issued against Umesh Sharma. Along with that, the court has instructed the IO to present either the answer by December 5 or present itself in the court.
